Looking downstream from the left bank

Looking downstream from the left bank

At the far left is a water conduit. It has a rather unusual shape and also seems long.
However, due to time constraints, I have not covered it in much detail, so let me skip it... orz.

The white building in the center is part of the water intake. Water flows from here to the lower dam, the Kuzunogawa Dam Lake.

The person from the management office (or was it a contractor?) was there. As I mentioned earlier, I didn't have much time, so I just said hello to him.... If only I had more time....

If you move downstream, you can see the dike from directly in front of you, but unfortunately it is a bit far away.

Other facilities/observations

Parking lotI suppose the above directions are normal, but in my case I came from the Ogawachi Dam.
In fact, we chose to approach from Route 411.
This is a big mistake...
The road to the Kamihigawa Dam, which is accessed from Route 411, is very far.
And it felt very steep. Also, the exhibition hall isn't near the levee.
