Access to D@M | Exit at Toyoshina IC of Nagano Expressway and turn right at the signal intersection. Turn left at Tazawa signal intersection to Route 19. Continue north on Route 19. Enter Ikusaka Village and turn left at the traffic light before the Ikusaka Tunnel. Drive for a while on the main local road 275 and you will see it on your left. |

However, someone who was later actually arrested on a different charge. He confessed to killing a man here 30 years ago and But the statute of limitations had run out, so they couldn't make a case for murder. It's the kind of story that could be used in a "Suspense Story" or something like that. The real story is in this dam.
