The venue is Tokyo Culture Culture, and the show will start at 12:00 pm. In other words, it was a "dam night" held at noon, and people on Twitter said, "Dam night in the daytime? and "Dam Night even though it's in the middle of the day!
Only the date, time, and location of the event have been decided, so it appears that the details will be worked out in the future.
