Animation works in which dams appear are animation works in which dams appear, including fictional ones. The following is a list of animation works that we are aware of.

Higurashi no naku koro ni (Series)

The story takes place in the fictional village of Hinamizawa, which is rocked by the construction of a dam. Hinamizawa Village is modeled on Shirakawa Village in Gifu Prefecture, and the Hinamizawa Dam that appears in the film is said to be modeled on the Mimogai Dam. In the original game, the Mimogai Dam appears in the still images, but in the anime, there are no drawings that show the dam except for "Kyo".

Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Koro ni Kakari

This is the first new work in seven years to be broadcast in 2020. As mentioned above, the story takes place in Hinamizawa Village, which is shaken by the construction of a dam, and the Hinamizawa Dam appeared as a word in this work, but the dam scene appeared in the sixth episode "Cotton Trick Arc: No.2. This is probably the first time the dam appeared as a visual image in this series.

Although only the upstream side of the dam is shown in the animation, it appears to be a non-overtopping gravity concrete dam, and its appearance is similar to that of the Ogawachi Dam (with the difference that the Ogawachi Dam has two towers, while the animation has one). (It appears to be a non-overflow gravity concrete dam, similar in appearance to the Ogawachi Dam (with the difference that it has one tower in the animation and two in the Ogawachi Dam).In the comments, you pointed out that it is not the Ogawachi Dam but the Okutadami Dam, and it certainly looks that way when compared to the photos I have on hand.
