Calendars and pin badge winners were sent out today!

Prizes were sent out today to the calendar and pin badge winners.

After the deadline, I made the list, drew lots, wrote the mailing list and made the address labels, and thought I could get the packing materials for the calendars at a hundred-yen store or a home improvement center, but they didn't have them in stock, so I had to order them from Amazon. On the day of packing, I realized that the design and specifications of the calendars for the present were different from those of the sample calendars with mosaics, and when I tried to send the calendars by Yu-mail, I could not send them unless they were out of the regular mail format because they were outside the regulations.

Anyway, I have included an individual apology to the winners of the calendars, and I am truly sorry. It is only an excuse, but we did not expect the design to be different, and our strange concern for not checking it until the same day of shipping, for fear of it being defaced before shipping, seems to have induced the mistake.

Also, I am very sorry that I should have given myself a little more time to work on this. I had some time to spare before the deadline.

I hope this will not happen next time. Also, it is quite difficult for one person to do everything.

About Opinions and Requests

Now, we had a "Comments and Requests" section in the application form, and we would like to share with you some of the comments and requests we received.

Damapedia Facebook version, I hope they manage to share the same article many times...

I always wanted to do something about it, too. So far, I had been using IFFFT, but I switched to the paid version of dlvr.it with a renewed determination. This improved it somewhat, but still

  • Old articles from months ago are shared.
  • I'm no longer posting in a row, but I still share articles I've already shared over and over again.
  • Gundam," "Freedom," "Stardom," "Amsterdam," "Notre Dame," "boxing," "Kendrick (because of a song called Damn by Kendrick Lamar)," "fandom," "horse racing (because of horse names like Rose Prince Dame)," and "karaoke (to counter DAM, not to mention) I'm excluding the keyword "dam", but I'm sharing an article that has nothing to do with dams.

It seems to be a specification problem on the Google News side, but I guess I'll have to program it myself to fix it. Hmmm...

I look forward to the next tour.
I wonder where it is.

It's the next gathering with dam enthusiasts. I think it will be next spring, but where would be good? That dam that won both the Flood Control Award and the Dam Grand Prize at the recent Japan Dam Awards would be nice. But I am troubled by the fact that it was held relatively recently.

Thank you for your continued support of ●●●.

Whoops, you didn't expect a person from the dam industry! It is really encouraging to see that some of the people who "Like" our Facebook page are not only people in the dam industry, but also that person you often see in a certain TV corner. Thank you very much for your continued support.

I always look forward to dam information. I would be very grateful if you could provide me with information on other goods other than dam cards, as there is not much information on them.

Thank you very much. When I wrote the introductory article for Globe-TrotterI have newly established a "Dam Goods" category in the "Dam Goods" section of the website, and I hope to write more and more articles introducing dam goods in the future.

I have always used this service.
Thank you!
We want as many people as possible to become aware of the appeal of dams.
We support your activities.

Thank you for your continued support. I have the feeling that the dam enthusiasts have broadened their base since I started, but I think it's time to take the next step. I am not sure what that next step is yet.

I always enjoy looking at your site.
I'm waiting for more fun information.

Thank you for enjoying our site. We hope to continue to provide you with a variety of information, albeit at a slower pace.

A thousand likes! Congratulations!
I flew in from Twitter.
That's a lot of information! I will take my time to look through your site.

Thank you. The older the article, the more black history it digs up, so I hope to keep updating and filling it in!

Finally.

Thank you so much for all the applications. We had a lot of mistakes, but it was great to hear your valuable feedback. We hope to have another opportunity to hold such a campaign, and we look forward to working with you again in the future. !!!!
