View of the lake side of the embankment dam from the left bank
Although it is called Saigu Adjustment Pond, it is actually Saigu Pond in its current state. However, if it becomes the Saigu Adjustment Pond, this will be the main body of the pond.
The Saigu Regulating Pond is planned to increase the water storage capacity by combining the Saigu Pond with the adjacent Soda Pond, which is scheduled to be completed by 2010, but construction had not yet begun at the time of this interview.
