According to the Chunichi Culture Center, "Learn how to appreciate dams from one of Japan's leading dam enthusiasts. You will learn the basics of how to enjoy dams, as well as the points of interest, features, and recommended dams. This tour is surely recommended for those who would like to visit dams in the future.
The first day is "How to Appreciate Dams (Basic)" where you can learn the basic knowledge necessary to appreciate dams, and the second day is "How to Practice Appreciating Dams (Practical)" where you can learn specific points to look at, photograph, and enjoy when visiting actual dams. The second day is "Dam Appreciation (Practical)," where you will learn specific points to look at, photograph, and enjoy when visiting dams.

The fee is 4,620 yen for two sessions (4,410 yen for Chunichi Cultural Center members). No admission fee is required, but please note that applications are accepted by phone only. For applications and inquiries, call toll-free 0120-53-8164 (available from 10:00 to 19:00, until 17:00 on Sundays).
