10:00- Registration (1st floor conference room of the dam management office)

10:40～ Dam visit (corridor connecting an annex to a pond-side building (in traditional palatial-style architecture)(e.g., directly below the dam)
Please follow the instructions of the staff regarding photography.
12:30- Lunch: Dam Lake Curry (extra charge)
*During this time a video will be shown.
13:20- Opinion exchange meeting (Kamima, Water Resources Agency)
~15:20 Closing of the meeting
Core materials used in the Agigawa Dam embankment will be available for visitors to take home! (Please bring your own container)
*As for the container for the core material, the core material is supposed to be the size of a rice ball, so it should be large enough to hold a rice ball. If you want more, please contact us individually on the day. (Added at 2:30 a.m. on 2013/02/05)
How to apply for participation
Due to the preparation of the dammed lake curry, please enter your name (just your handle name is fine) and whether or not you will eat the dammed lake curry in the comment box at the bottom of the page by February 14. Please note that we cannot accept applications via Twitter or Facebook.

A reception will be held after the event. The location is a 10-15 minute walk from Ena Station. The time will start at 17:30. If you plan to attend the reception as well, please let us know in the comments section by Wednesday, February 20. Please note that the fee is about 3,000 yen, and due to the convenience of the restaurant, cancellations are not allowed, so please be sure to attend after registering.
